CANADA SHIPPING POLICY

 

1) Shipping Regions in Canada

 

To ensure transparent and accurate delivery expectations, we classify Canadian destinations into three service zones:


Zone A – Major Urban Areas

Includes major metropolitan regions such as Toronto (GTA), Montréal, Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Ottawa, Winnipeg, Québec City, Halifax and surrounding urban zones.


Zone B – Regional & Rural Areas

Destinations outside major metro centers that remain accessible via standard ground carrier networks.


Zone C – Remote Areas & Territories

Includes isolated or limited-access destinations and the Canadian Territories: Yukon (YT), Northwest Territories (NT), and Nunavut (NU).

Shipments to these areas may require air transport and extended handling.

 

2) Estimated Delivery Times (Business Days)

 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier operations.

  • Zone A: 2–4 business days

  • Zone B: 4–7 business days

  • Zone C: 7–15 business days

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

 

3) Carriers & Delivery Methods

We ship using reliable national and private carriers depending on service availability:

  • Canada Post

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • Purolator

For PO Box addresses and certain remote locations, delivery may only be available via Canada Post.


Carrier selection is determined based on operational feasibility and delivery reliability.

 

4) Additional Shipping Fees (Important Notice)

 

In certain cases, shipping costs may exceed the standard $10 USD base shipping rate due to:

 

  • Remote or extended delivery zones

  • Territorial destinations (YT / NT / NU)

  • Air-only transport routes

  • Rural or limited-access delivery networks

  • Oversized or heavy parcels

 

If the actual carrier cost exceeds the standard shipping rate:

 

  1. The customer will be contacted prior to shipment.

  2. An additional shipping fee will be communicated.

  3. Shipment will proceed only after customer confirmation.

 

If the additional fee is declined:

 

  • The order will be canceled before dispatch.

  • A full refund will be issued.


No order will be shipped with unexpected additional charges.

 

5) Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly.

 

6) Tracking Information

Where available, tracking information will be provided via email once the order is dispatched.

 

 

7) Delays Beyond Our Control

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Air freight disruptions (especially for Territories)

  • Natural disasters or strikes

  • Carrier operational issues

 

While we monitor shipments and provide assistance, delivery timelines are ultimately subject to carrier operations.

 

8) Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Shipments

 

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

 

  • Reshipping may require an additional fee

  • If returned to sender, return shipping and handling costs may be deducted from the refund (where applicable)
